Team at JMP was quick to respond to my inquiry. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Technician did a ride along with me and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in the matter of an hour or so. Was in and out of the shop under 2 hours. Although my issue was rather trivial for an experienced technician, I believe JMP would be able to provide the same efficiency with any other issues.

Great all around. Terrific communication. Friendly service. And most importantly they did a great job on the car. Also - they're honest. I had a question about my brakes and they explained what the issue was - nothing important, no work required. So many other places out there these days would jump on that and sell me new rotors and pads.
